01Can I switch between plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as your needs change. Any billing change is reflected in the appropriate subscription period.
02How does the trial work?+
Choose 7 days for £1, or 14 days for £9.99 with the £9.99 taken off your first month. You get full access to The Works and help setting up your first forms. We email you before your subscription starts, and you can cancel online at any time before the trial ends. Trial prices include VAT.
03How does annual billing work?+
Annual plans are paid for the year and shown with their equivalent monthly cost, giving you a lower price than paying month by month.
04Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription, and access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
05Which plan includes the web portal and forms?+
The Works includes the complete web management portal, custom form builder, reporting, floor plans, bookings and customer portal alongside the mobile apps.
06What currency are prices billed in?+
UK customers pay in pounds, plus 20% VAT. We also bill in US dollars, euros, and Australian, New Zealand and Canadian dollars, shown automatically if you are in one of those countries. Everywhere else, prices are shown and billed in US dollars.
