Can I export my data from SiteSurvey?

Yes. Your data is always exportable and always yours. From the web portal you can export any survey as a formatted PDF report, download raw data as a CSV file, or generate a shareable link that gives an external recipient read-only access to a specific report without needing a SiteSurvey account.

PDF exports include all captured form data, photographs, AR floorplan drawings, annotations, and voice transcriptions in a branded, formatted report. CSV exports include all form field values in a flat-file format suitable for import into Excel, Power BI, or any other analysis tool. You can export individual surveys or bulk-export all submissions from a project.

Photographs and floorplan files can be downloaded individually or as a zip archive from each survey record. This is useful when you need to supply raw image files to a client alongside a report, or when you need to archive a project on your own infrastructure.

If you decide to stop using SiteSurvey, you can export all your data before your account closes. We do not delete data immediately on account closure — there is a retention window that gives you time to download everything you need.
