You review and confirm the suggestions before they are saved.

The annotation engine looks for common indicators such as cracking, water staining, damaged surfaces, or equipment in need of attention. When it identifies something, it places a labelled marker on the relevant area of the image and suggests a condition category. These suggestions are presented as a quick-confirm prompt, taking only a few seconds to accept or edit.

Photo annotations are linked directly to the relevant form field or survey section, so each image automatically carries context about where it was taken and what it relates to. This saves the step of manually typing captions or matching photos to sections after the visit.

All annotations appear in the exported report alongside the photo, giving clients a clear visual record that is straightforward to interpret without additional explanation from the surveyor.
