Can multiple team members capture data on the same project simultaneously?

Yes. Multiple surveyors can work on the same project at the same time, each using their own mobile device, and all submissions are collected into a single project record in the web dashboard.

Project managers assign team members to a project through the Resource Management feature. Each surveyor sees only the forms and tasks assigned to them, which reduces confusion on large sites where several people are working in parallel across different zones or floors.

Because SiteSurvey works offline, there is no conflict when two surveyors are in areas with no connectivity. Submissions sync individually when each device reconnects, and the platform merges them without duplication.

Progress is visible in real time for anyone with dashboard access. A project manager can see which areas have been completed, which are still in progress, and whether any submissions have flagged issues, without needing to chase the team by phone.

For large surveys involving contractors and sub-contractors, access can be restricted by role, so external teams see only the forms relevant to their scope of work.
